About José María Plaza

I am José María Plaza, a real estate agent and trainer specialized in the real estate sector, with more than 20 years of experience advising owners, buyers and investors throughout Spain. My activity focuses especially on the Northwest area of the Community of Madrid, and very particularly on Las Rozas de Madrid, a market that I know in depth. I have practiced as a lawyer for more than 20 years, which allows me to provide a differential value to each real estate transaction: legal security, rigorous analysis and real defense of my clients' interests. I do not limit myself to intermediating, I accompany each process with a strategic and preventive vision. I combine my work as an agent with teaching in the real estate field, contributing to the professionalization of the sector and keeping myself in constant updating. I work with an approach based on direct treatment, transparency and comprehensive support, from the first valuation to the closing of the operation, so that each decision is safe, informed and aligned with the client's objectives.
